Marvin is one of New York's premier trial attorneys. He was selected to be included in The Best Lawyers in America® for 2005. In 2004, he was recognized by Digital Press International as one of Long Island's Ten Leaders in Civil Trial Law. Throughout his career, has been regarded as a leader among his peers and regularly lectures attorneys on trial practice, trial strategies and courtroom procedures. Bob is responsible for the daily management of the firm. Early in his career, he was employed as a claims adjuster for an insurance company and then did defense work as an attorney. In addition, he taught Business Law at Queensborough Community College. Bob is on the Board of Directors of the New York Trial Lawyers Association and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Bronx Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the New York City Trial Lawyers Association. He was elected to Hunter College's Athletic Hall of Fame as a varsity basketball player.

Jeff is a proven trial attorney and actively manages the firm's medical malpractice cases. He frequently lectures on trial preparation, trial strategy and courtroom techniques. Before joining the firm in 1996, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County, and as an associate at an insurance defense firm in Manhattan. Jeff is the current chairman of the New York County Lawyers Association's Young Lawyers Section and is founder of its highly successful Mentoring Program. He is also a member of the Medical Malpractice Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the New York State Bar Association.

Prior to joining the firm in 1997, Joe was the lead prosecutor in the Sex Crimes Special Victims Unit of the Richmond County District Attorney's Office. Since joining the firm, he has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict. He is extremely active in the legal community and is currently a Director in the Nassau-Suffolk County Trial Attorney Association and a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Nassau County Bar Association and New York State Bar Association.

Scott joined the firm in 1999. Carolyn joined the firm in 2004 after serving as an intern during law school since 2002. She is a recent Dean's list graduate of St. John's Law School, where she served as the Executive Notes and Comments Editor of the St. John¿s Journal of Legal Commentary. She authored The Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act: Constitutional Implications for the Future, which was published in the Fall of 2004.
